Incident: Lufthansa A321 at Berlin on Nov 24th 2012, engine shut down in flight

A Lufthansa Airbus A321-200, registration D-AIDE performing flight LH-195 from Berlin Tegel to Frankfurt/Main (Germany) with 200 passengers, was in the initial climb out of Tegel's runway 08R when an engine emitted a number of bangs and streaks of flames prompting the crew to level off at 3000 feet, shut the engine down and return to Tegel for a safe landing on runway 08L about 15 minutes after departure.

A replacement Airbus A320-200 registration D-AIZH reached Frankfurt with a delay of 2 hours.

The airport reported the A321 returned due to engine trouble, about 20 of the 200 passengers chose to not continue.

Passengers reported hearing about 2 or 3 bangs and streaks of flames

A Philippine Airlines Airbus A330-300, flight PR-438 from Manila (Philippines) to Nagoya (Japan), was in the initial climb out of Manila's runway 06 when the crew reported hydraulic problems and decided to return to Manila. The crew advised they had lost nose gear steering but expected to be able to vacate the runway and stop on the taxiway. The aircraft landed safely on runway 06 with open gear doors and no nose wheel steering about 15 minutes after departure and stopped clear of the runway.

A replacement Airbus A330-300 reached Nagoya with a delay of 3 hours.

The crew descended the aircraft to FL280 and continued to Shanghai for a safe landing about 3 hours later.Japan's Transportation Safety Board (JTSB) opened an investigation into the accident confirming the details but not providing any hint as to what caused the inflight upset.

A replacement Airbus A320-200 registration VQ-BHL reached Volgograd with a delay of 5:15 hours.

A Monarch Airlines Airbus A320-200, registration G-OZBK performing flight ZB-7479 from Lanzarote,CI (Spain) to East Midlands,EN (UK), was enroute at FL360 about 70nm north of Bilbao,SP (Spain) and 125nm west of Bordeaux (France) when the first officer declared Mayday reporting the captain was incapacitated. The aircraft turned to the east and diverted to Bordeaux for a safe landing on runway 23 and stopped on the runway, medical services boarded the aircraft and took the captain to a hospital.

The passengers were taken to hotels. The aircraft is currently estimated to reach East Midlands with a delay of 17 hours

Incident: Tunisair B736 at Geneva on Nov 24th 2012, runway excursion on landing

A Tunisair Boeing 737-600, registration TS-IOL performing flight TU-700 from Tunis (Tunisia) to Geneva (Switzerland) with 119 passengers, landed on Geneva's runway 23 in reduced visibility when the aircraft contacted lights at the left runway edge at 09:50L (08:50Z). The aircraft vacated the runway and taxied to the apron, no injuries occurred.

Switzerland's BFU opened an investigation into the incident reporting the aircraft damaged two lights at the left runway edge during roll out in reduced visibility.

The incident aircraft was able to perform the return flight on schedule.

Incident: Delta B738 at New York on Nov 28th 2012, unreliable airspeed

A Delta Airlines Boeing 737-800, registration N3766 performing flight DL-494 from Santo Domingo (Dominican Republic) to New York JFK,NY (USA) with 126 people on board, was on approach to JFK's runway 31R descending to 9000 feet when the crew reported they had unreliable airspeed indications and consequently automatic engine control/automation problems stating they basically had no airspeed indicator, ATC re-assigned runway 31L for a visual approach in response. After the aircraft levelled at 4000 feet the crew requested immediate lower stating they had no instruments in the cloud, ATC cleared the aircraft down to 2000 feet, once in the clear the crew advised they had instrument and automation problems but if remaining visual did not need any assistance. The aircraft continued for a safe landing on runway 31L about 13 minutes after the first report of unreliable airspeed.

Crash: Trans Air Congo IL76 at Brazzaville on Nov 30th 2012, overran runway and impacted buildings

A Trans Air Cargo Ilyhushin IL-76T, registration EK-76300 performing a freight flight from Pointe Noire to Brazzaville (Congo) with 3 crew, landed on one of Brazzaville's runways 23 (presumably 23R) in bad weather but overran the end of the runway, broke through the airport perimeter fence, impacted multiple buildings and fell into a ravine. All crew perished in the accident, about 17 people on the ground were killed as well.

The local Red Cross confirmed 20 fatalities and reported up to 30 people are feared killed in the crash.

да уж какая там скорбь-то ?... т.с."РАДОСТЬ"
- я нашенским ухарям, планирующим нас по 2=двое на >> 10+л.\час. перелёты
давным-давно далдоню = а нах... летая по Европе иметь экипаж из 2-х пилотов ?...
...
вполне достаточно 1 КВС + старшего борт.провода (читать чек-листы)никаких 2п.
